Sundays Just Got Better! Introducing ‘Sparkling Sundays’ at mezza9 Macau
Grand Hyatt Macau’s showpiece international restaurant introduces an enticing weekend dining concept. mezza9 Macau’s ‘Sparkling Sundays’ redefines the Sunday Lunch experience by offering cook-to-order tasting plates of chef-crafted gourmet delights from the restaurant’s live show kitchens.
Created by mezza9 Macau’s acclaimed British Executive Sous Chef Richard Sawyer, ‘Sparkling Sundays’ champions freshness, seasonality and sophisticated gourmet pairings. Guests can make their selections from extensive menus encompassing Grill, Deli, Japanese and Chinese specialties. The dishes are served ‘tapas style’, prepared to order and expertly plated by the chefs. Guests can order any of the tasting plates throughout the lunch period.
Menu offerings include fresh Sashimi; Steamed Scallops with vermicelli and garlic sauce; Pan-Fried duck Foie Gras; and Grilled USA Hanging Tender Steak with bourbon whiskey marinade. Each tasting plate highlights premium ingredients and refined accompaniments, freshly served for each diner. Pastry Chef Laurent’s ‘Dessert Delights’ station provides a tempting finale to the gourmet celebration.

mezza9 Macau specialises in authentic Asian and Western cuisines in a spectacular gourmet setting. An extensive buffet and à la carte menu are served from interactive show kitchens: Macanese Kitchen; the Grill; Sushi and Sashimi; Wok; Steam Basket; Deli and Pâtisserie. Guests can choose to be seated in the granite dining room designed by SuperPotato, an elegant outdoor terrace, Japanese styled private suites, or the private wine cellar.
