Beijing Kitchen
With an interior decked out in rich traditional Chinese décor accented with selected western accoutrements, Beijing Kitchen at Grand Hyatt Macau offers diners a truly authentic Northern Chinese dining experience.
From the dramatic display of Chinese teapots at the entrance to the warm colours and intimate seating options inside, guests are treated to a variety of settings in one beautiful location. Four kitchens overseen by a master chef create custom-designed Chinese delicacies, from traditional Peking Duck prepared in wood-fired ovens and hand-pulled noodles to dim sum, to a wide selection of desserts.
Guests at our Macau restaurant can dine family style in the atmospheric, modern-rustic dining space under a ceiling of suspended Chinese birdcages, or in one of six private dining rooms seating 8 to 10, one of which doubles as a wine room.
From the authentic cuisine to the striking décor, Beijing Kitchen makes authentic Chinese dining as accessible as it is memorable.

Inspired by the award-winning mezza9 at Grand Hyatt Singapore, mezza9 Macau at Grand Hyatt Macau continues the distinction of offering guests a distinctive dining experience amid the theatrical show kitchen.
In offering a multifaceted food selection that appeals to the broad tastes of our guests, mezza9 Macau has designed a menu that incorporates different dining experiences in one location: Macanese; grill; sushi and sashimi; wok; steam basket; delicatessen; Pâtisserie; bar and wine cellar. All of these take place in an environment that will dazzle your taste buds and leave the rest of your senses wanting more.
Other than in the main restaurant, guests can also choose to dine on the outdoor terrace; in one of four semi-private, Japanese wood-lined booths; or in one of three 10- to 12-seat private rooms. One of the private rooms is housed within a “wine cellar”, complete with vaulted brick-lined ceiling, wooden barrels and a lounge area for pre- and post-dinner drinks, and is perfect for intimate gatherings. The hotel’s sommelier is delighted to offer a selection of fine wines that will complement your dining pleasure.
