For the past six years, Chef Ricardo has been developing his craft with Grand Hyatt Macau. Internationally famed Thai chef Siriluck Lekkwan – affectionately known as ‘Chef Mum’ due to her generous and caring personality – will personally prepare her home-style Thai cuisine. Born in Bangkok, Chef Mum was chef at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok for more than a decade and is regularly invited to host special Thai food events in Hyatt hotels around the world.
